Trent has been successful in real estate since the last boom and saw a chance to help a lot more families when the market started to show signs of slowing. He has built a team of some very hard working and capable professionals. 

Sean has been in short sales with Trent since the beginning, helping families avoid foreclosure and working with lenders to negotiate quick approvals for "short payoffs". He is primarily responsible for the interface between the client and the lender. He loves to help people find peace in the midst of turmoil. Like Trent, Sean is also a fluent Spanish speaker, which has helped him to communicate with many families who have not yet dominated the English language.
